House of Vivah ("we", "us") is a wedding and pre-wedding photography and filmmaking studio based in Pune, India. This policy explains what information we collect through houseofvivah.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you share with us

When you send an enquiry, by the form on this website, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share. This can include your names, phone number, email address, wedding date, city or venue, the services you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your celebration.

How we use it

We use these details only to:

• reply to your enquiry and share availability and a proposal
• plan and deliver the photography and films you book with us
• keep a record of our conversations and bookings

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that help run this website

• Enquiry form: form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms. If you choose WhatsApp instead, your message is sent through WhatsApp (Meta).
• Hosting: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts and films: text styles load from Google Fonts. Films may be shown through YouTube or Vimeo, which only load when you press play.

Cookies and advertising

We may use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find us through our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our work to people who may be interested. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions, such as sending an enquiry. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Photographs

If you appear in a photograph on this website and would like it removed, write to us and we will take care of it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book with us, for the duration of our work together and a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to us at connect@houseofvivah.in and we will respond as soon as we can.
